Typographical Errors

In the event that a Foothills Ski Life product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Foothills Ski Life reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Foothills Ski Life reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Foothills Ski Life shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Product Image and Color Disclaimer

We at Foothills Ski Life do our best to provide you with relevant and accurate images of products sold through this website, but occasionally we receive products from our vendors that do not exactly match the images that were provided. Please be aware that these images are provided as a reference only and actual items may vary in detail and color. We have also made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Please refer to our Return Policy for any item that does not meet to your satisfaction.

Term Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process.
