Product Specialist

Job Description: As a Product Specialist you will provide a service for retail snow sport equipment. Tasks include; Data Entry of retail product for onsite and online. Shipping and Receiving of incoming and outgoing product including Web Orders and Vendor Orders. Receiving and Labeling of product for display. Checking in customers for tuning service. Checking out customers for Retail and Rental purchases and Tuning Services. Assist customers with product, service and rental inquiries. Assist customers setting up appointments for additional services including boot fitting and rentals. Following opening and closing procedures. Maintaining visual standards set by management for showroom appearance.

Experience Preferred: We do want every Product Specialist to at least have basic computer and software experience so you are able to navigate computer programs and point of sale systems. Customer support and service is required to be able to hold a conversation with customers onsite and over the phone with respect to the customer and their needs. You will be trained on the basic information that Foothills Ski Life requires for content development for our product and data entry. We would like you to know how to export files, create pdf and jpeg files, and copying vendor catalog content for all retail product.

Available Hours: 11:00am to 7:00pm Monday - Friday. 12:00pm to 5:00pm Saturday. Part-Time and Full-Time Available.

Seasonal Openings Only: October 1st - May 31st

Pay Range: $16.00 to $21.00

 

 

Shop Tech Specialist

Job Description: As a Shop Tech Specialist you will provide services and repairs to snow sport equipment. Tasks Include; Engage with customers by offering knowledge and giving recommendations on a daily basis. Engage in service training programs provided by Management and Tech Supervisors. Produce quality work that exceeds industry standards. Assess customers needs for services to be provided. Report quality and safety issues to shop management. Maintain equipment, machinery and tools to ensure a safe and clean working environment.

Experience Preferred: At Foothills Ski Life, we take our tech positions very seriously because we do cater to a competition base clientele. Working with Competition Centers there is a requirement for quality of outcome for every service ticket. Precision, accuracy, and consistency is a must for every service ticket. We want every customer to feel confident that their equipment will be treated with the upmost respect and returned back into their possession with all expectations fulfilled. We can provide expert training for techs seeking to improve their own abilities.

Available Hours: 11:00am to 7:00pm Monday - Friday. Part-Time and Full Time Available.

Seasonal Openings Only: October 1st - April 30th.

Pay Range: $16.00 to $24.00
